When you can't find a subject... go abstract!
My intern, Sophie Raynak, came with me to scout Eldorado Springs State Park today. The light wasn't great, no great subjects, so we played with the camera settings and came up with the following. I would love to take ownership of the image... she is just an intern ya'know... but I will rise above and allow her to take ownership. ;^)

Neat effect! Is this from playing with the color temperature settings?

ReplyDeleteThe colors come from a pine tree and the red/yellow cliff behind it. Contrast was greatly enhanced and saturation was touched upward a bit.
